A city man has been identified as one of four winners of $1 million in the Pennsylvania Lottery’s July 4 Millionaire Raffle drawing. Marlin Greeninger of 314 N. 11th St. bought the winning ticket at Zweier’s FoodKart, 505 S. Lincoln Ave., according to lottery spokeswoman Chris Stambaugh.
