The Colorado Lottery is paying out too much and getting too little in return, according to an audit released today.

HELENA – Montana Lottery officials say three women have each claimed $10,000 lottery prizes. Joan Foote of Great Falls won $10,000 on a Powerball ticket she bought at a Town Pump in Great Falls. The ticket was for the Sept. 13 drawing.
