DES MOINES (AP) – Gov. Chet Culver is considering leasing the Iowa Lottery to help fix the state budget. The Des Moines Register reported Thursday in a copyright story that Culver has met with a business group headed by casino executive Dan Kehl, chairman of Riverside Casino and Golf.
