custer – A Custer couple has claimed a Powerball prize worth $200,000, according to state lottery officials. Roger and Toni Smith arrived Tuesday at the Pierre Lottery Office to claim the prize they won in last Saturday’s drawing. The winning ticket, in which all numbers matched except the Powerball number, was bought Saturday at the Common Cents store in Custer.
