A Bakersfield woman became a millionaire overnight, but state leaders say she should never have been given the chance to win. Josephina Sineriez won $2.8 million as a contestant on a California lottery game show, but she wouldn’t have even been a contestant if it weren’t for a problem with the lottery show’s ping pong balls.
