Police say a man jailed in Bay Minette is linked to a Jamaican lottery scam that swindled two Foley residents out of more than $1 million. The Mobile Press-Register reports that Foley police Cpl. Tony Nelson says 71-year-old Stanley Samuel Walker of Kingston, Jamaica, is being held in the Baldwin County Corrections Center, charged with theft of property and with bail set at $350,000.
