A Rocky Mount woman recently won $100,000 in the N.C. Education Lottery. April Whitaker won the prize Dec. 19 playing the Jingle Big Ol’ Bucks scratch-off game at the Tar Heel Convenience Mart on Wesleyan Boulevard.
