A 54-year-old grandmother from Niagara falls is the state’s latest lottery millionaire.

Some local store owners are worried that officials with the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission may try to require them to perform costly reconfigurations to their stores in order to make Lottery games more accessible to people with disabilities.

If the lure of millions of dollars won’t work on some, the Arkansas Lottery Commission now offers the opportunity of converting non-winning scratch-off tickets into points to purchase items from the commission’s Internet store.
