Lottery sales in Minnesota set a new record in Fiscal Year (FY) 2009, with sales of $481.2 million. Closer to home, Lottery sales in Western Stearns County Minnesota also set a new record, increasing by 3.57 percent to an area sales total of $2,412,661.
