DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) – Joe Hrdlicka has stepped down after serving as Iowa Lottery’s vice president of marketing for more than a decade. Hrdlicka said Tuesday he submitted his resignation after a meeting with Iowa Lottery CEO Terry Rich. His departure was effective Feb. 25.
