Richmond charter school holds first lottery tonight (Richmond Times-Dispatch)

The Patrick Henry School of Science and Arts will hold its first lottery for admission tonight at the school, 3411 Semmes Ave. in South Richmond. The charter school, scheduled to open in July, received more than 250 applications for the 130 seats that will be open during its first year. The school plans to increase enrollment to 350 students by the 2012-13 school year.
